As SHH celebrates nearly 15 years in business, I’ve been reflecting on what really makes this place special — and it always comes back to the people and the purpose behind what we do. SHH has always been more than just a company to me; it’s my legacy, a way to create a culture where people feel like they truly belong and can find purpose in their work. As we continue to grow, it’s important we define the values that shape who we are — what we stand for, how we treat people, and how we show up every day. That’s how we created our EPIC values: Excellence, always striving to be better than yesterday; Passionately Motivated, because we care about people, not just procedures; Integrity, doing the right thing even when no one’s watching; and Committed, showing up fully and going above and beyond. These values came straight from our team — inspired by the folks we’d “clone” if we could — and they reflect the heart of who we are. Being EPIC isn’t about perfection; it’s about staying true to what matters and doing meaningful work together.
