The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
P.C.A.
Personal Care Assistants provide the help people need to stay at home and out of a nursing home. Personal Care Assistants services are based on a plan of care developed and overseen by a nurse and are scheduled according to the needs of the clients. This is a non-certified position, and we will train you to provide the care.
R.N.
The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
